Anne Hidalgo's program for the 2022 presidential election
The proposals of the political candidate and mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo for the French presidential election of 2022 with subjects such as ecology, health, education, economy, politics, women's rights.
Farmers must be able to earn a living from quality products.
Workers in polluting industries must be guided towards new professions, of which they will be proud, that they are finally considered.
Children like our elders must be able to breathe clean air. Ecology will make it possible to create new professions which will be offered to people who are still deprived of work.
The planet is our only refuge and the only source of life, so we must protect it. Ecological solutions are not a renunciation, they are a choice, a necessity. It is a wonderful opportunity to live better and in harmony with nature.
We must put an end to the medical desert, support hospitals, retirement homes and nursing staff. We must solve the drug problem by setting up places of care, which resembles a hospital, to accompany people, to help them get out of drug addiction and dependence. The prefect of police must make it possible to secure these places. We must put an end to this big deal market by opening up many shooting rooms. The best would of course be to open these places near hospitals.
Everyone has the right to die with dignity.
The speed of motorways down to 110 km / h must be a measure taken at the departmental and regional level and not at the national level. This is part of the decisions that must be taken in discussion and in consultation with the government, the national authorities. These are also discussions that must take place locally. However, we must go towards lowering the speed, 130 km / h is too much. The main objective is to reduce the number of accidents.
Students must be able to eat their fill and have healthy food. The Republican promise of equality no longer exists. Many French people feel despised, forgotten. They either have anger or a lot of sadness. We cannot simply remain with an affirmation of the values of the republic. For these values to live, we must repair all the fundamentals and put the foundations back.
The first foundation is school, which today no longer allows children to have an itinerary and a trajectory towards success in order to pursue higher education. The school must now manage everything, and is not supported by the state. Teachers must be recognized and therefore better paid by doubling their salaries. A new teacher will receive 1798 euros net per month, while a person with a similar level of study, with five years after the baccalaureate, who will start as an executive, will start around 2300, or even 2400 euros net per month. We must at least align the salary.
Teachers in Germany are paid twice as much as in France. In France, teachers are among the lowest paid of all OECD countries. From this remuneration and this valuation of teachers, it will of course be necessary to work on how the lessons are organized, for example lessons in the morning and sports and cultural activities in the afternoon, on the means in terms of equipment.
Teachers' salaries must be doubled, with a net minimum salary of 2,000 euros per month.
What is characteristic of art is freedom, it is the ability to create freely from what has influenced us, has built us, from our own fractures too. We must not come to restrict this freedom by principles and truths stated on what should be such or such a style.
We must favor bookstores over major ecommerce brands.
We have to relocate our companies, reindustrialize all the territories.
Work must be valued and therefore open negotiations in all professional branches for an increase in wages. Companies will be encouraged to distribute more of their produced wealth to employees. Workers must be able to be more involved and present in the board of administrations.
We need a decentralized republic closer to the citizens, and with the citizens. We must get out of the Jupiterism which leads us to say that every detail of the French must be regulated from the height of power. You have to be in favor of a decision-making method that is not the one that comes from above. The President of the Republic must be at his task day and night, no matter where he resides, of course having the teams around him at all times. Power can totally isolate. We must keep a link with the French and the French.
We have to go find all the intermediary bodies, all the elected representatives of the country and not only when things are going badly. We must go to the end of decentralization. The president must work with all elected officials, regions, cities, departments so that there is a sharing, a presence in the decisions of the country of all local authorities.
The salaries of civil servants will be increased, their working conditions improved.
In France, there is a problem of wages for the middle classes, the popular categories who drop out because housing is too expensive, health, school, especially children's studies, have prohibitive costs. We must engage in major wage negotiations with the unions to put the French in a situation where they can live with dignity from their work. Raising wages from negotiations must be the first decision of the executive.
Liberty, equality, fraternity, what a magnificent motto, what a beautiful promise! We must try to understand and act in this world of uncertainties and upheavals. It can be difficult to change our habits. With hard work, love for others and courage, we can change life, we can change the world. This France of freedom sees its freedoms being reduced like chagin 's skin, this France of justice sees injustices growing every day, this France of fraternity is divided into hostile groups, into separate communities, into factions which express their bitterness, their anger with so much violence.
The republican model is disintegrating, with the protections that have been built over the course of history. there is immense strength in the country, an ability to rise above everything, the will to build a bright future. We need to make our hopes the reality of our lives. We must put an end to the contempt, to the disdain, to the condescension of those who know little about the life of the French and decide far from the people about everything, all the time without the citizens. This creates anger, revolt, injustice which feeds mistrust and fundamentally undermines democracy.
You have to dare, be daring, rigorous, coherent, go beyond sterile divisions. We must reinvent our beautiful French model based on the condition of living together, consideration and respect. Respect for the planet, nature and living things. Absolute respect for human dignity. We must rebuild a more just, stronger France, whose unique voice must once again carry in Europe and in the world.
We should not go back to the obligation to choose a first name in the calendar. All children, all people who feel insulted by this idea, must be proud of their origins, their name and their first name. We can have an incredible attachment for France, which is a host country for many people, and at the same time have a culture that connects us to other countries, other roots. The two are compatible. France is an incredible, extraordinary country which also owes its strength to this capacity that the republic had to integrate all these cultures, all these origins to become one and to experience the Francophonie. French is a language which allows other mother tongues to exist.
We need full and complete equality of wages and careers. We must give more visibility to women by giving the name of recognized women to streets, by putting statues of these women in cities.
