How to get the average of the last 5 values in Excel
How to obtain the average of the last x cells in the Excel software and thus see if there is an evolution with our data compared to other averages, on a larger number of cases for example. And so see if we have an improvement in our statistics, our sales, our visits, clicks.
Here is a formula which allows to have this average, without having to update it manually by selecting these last values. Instead the average is updated automatically.
=AVERAGE(OFFSET(D7;COUNT(D7:D100)-5;0;5))
D7: first cell in the range
D7: D100: range
5: 5 last cells
