Here is the evolution of the Earth atmosphere’s composition.

These are estimates from frill cores in the glaciers of the poles and geological studies of the rock on Earth, there is no precise figure.

Thus contrary to what we may believe, there is mostly nitrogen in the atmosphere, and not only oxygen. Moreover, the emergence of oxygen is very recent compared to the age of the Earth.

At 35% of oxygen, the sky begins to be set on fire(Carboniferous-Permian).
