Evolution of the price of goat's milk paid to producers in France
Here is a table and a graph which represent the evolution of the annual average price of goat's milk paid to milk producers in France. This price is expressed in euros and per 1000 litres.
As you can see, the price of goat's milk is almost twice that of cow's milk. This price is gradually increasing over time. This can be explained by the cost of raw materials which continues to increase following the climate crisis, geopolitical crises (increase in the price of hydrocarbons).
