What is Internet Explorer IE WebRep?
IE WebRep is coming from Avast Web agent. You can uninstall it but it is not advised.
You might be stuck because of a warning message stating that a website wants to open a web content by using this software on your computer.
You can’t close this window. You can’t access to Internet explorer.
There is no solution. You have to click on the window and then on the Tab key (with double arrows) on your key board then click on enter and the warning message should disappear.
Check the version of your Internet Explorer and setup the last one.
