Jean-Marc Governatori on politics, immigration, security
The measures of Jean-Marc Governatori during the primary of environmentalists of September 2021 on politics including foreign policy, immigration, security, women's rights. Jean-Marc Governatori was then running for the French presidential election in 2022.
Politics :
We must set up citizens' initiative referendums.
In ecology, we are the solution, we are not the problem with the state of the world. We create full employment, we improve health, which is the community's main expense. We create food autonomy, the energy autonomy of the country.
We must create a ministry of equality between women and men. An indicted minister has no place in government. Proportionality must be established in the assembly of deputies. We must recognize the blank vote.
We must get out of the monarchy and go towards a primoministerial triumvirate. The president makes appoint by the 3 assemblies a group of 3 prime ministers. With the assembly of deputies, the senate, the third assembly being a national assembly of citizens drawn by lot. The 3 assemblies make the laws, administer the country, the 3 prime ministers will be responsible to these 3 assemblies. The president becomes an ambassador of the country.
You have to talk to all environmentalists, including those on the right, from the center, but especially those from nowhere, to get to the second round you only need 8 million votes out of the 45 million voters.
Foreign politic :
We must strengthen Europe.
In China, the air is an extraordinary ally because the Chinese realize that the air is a disaster with 2 million people who die each year in this country because of pollution. In France polluted air kills 50,000 people per year, poor nutrition 100,000 people per year according to the Ministry of Health. To vote environmentalist is to save yourself a lot of illnesses and deaths in our country. Conscience is working everywhere, not just in France and the Chinese one day will be environmentalists.
Immigration :
There are 5 million people of foreign nationality in France, 5 out of 67, that is not enormous. The problem isn't being a foreigner, it's that people obey the laws and don't bother anyone. Everyone must respect the rules of the republic, and be in the living together.
We have the duty to welcome Afghan refugees, the duty of humanism, but not unconditionally. You have to be extremely careful with those who arrive. There are no hordes of immigrants. In 2020 there were 2.6 million Afghan refugees, only 25,000 came to France.
Security :
In terms of the security of goods and people, which is a capital element, today we have an average of 10,000 crimes and offenses per day. We must go back to the causes, there is desperation, the feeling of impunity, the lack of education, the lack of activity. 96% of those imprisoned are men, 80% of these people do not have the baccalaureate, 50% have no diploma, 70% have no activity during their first offense.
