How to know if logwatch is installed
Logwatch can be a useful ally to monitor all the modifications done on your server wether by the system or by a possible intruder.
To know if logwatch is well installed and configured, you can check the existence of its log file :
If it doesn’t exist, it means that it is not installed on the server.
You can also simply call the logwatch command :
