Marine Le Pen on justice, women's rights, her project
The measures proposed in Marine Le Pen's program on the subject of women's rights, justice, as well as her political project in the context of the French presidential election of 2022.
Justice:
Every day the police arrest people for serious facts and unfortunately the justice releases a certain number of delinquents because either it does not have the means, or because of ideology. There is a great reform of the justice to be done, as well as a penal reform, by helping this very damaged justice. The Minister of Justice must give the image of impartiality. We must respect the presumption of innocence.
It is necessary to expel the families of delinquents and to generalize this type of procedure, the family must be made responsible.
At least 15,000 prison places must be created. We must create suitable places for French juvenile delinquents.
We must hold a referendum on the death penalty. It's up to the French to decide.
The creation of the National Financial Prosecutor's Office was created in order to be able to work on complex financial affairs with foreign accounts and international letters rogatory. In reality the objective of this prosecution was to deal with the case of the opposition.
Women's rights:
Women must be able to walk in the streets at any time of the day, without being bothered. Street harassment with a sexual connotation must become a crime not just a fine with an aggravating circumstance if it is committed in a meeting. People convicted of these acts of sexist contempt under the penal code must be entered in the file of sex offenders and criminals. It will be the same for the authors of defense of crime and sexual offense. Men who prevent their wives or daughters from going out, from living in the French style will be expelled from the country.
However, one should not express hostilities towards men. Feminists who develop a hatred of men, this is disturbing and unfair. Men are partners, not enemies.
Project :
This presidential election will not only be a choice of society, it will be a choice of civilization, life and the future for our children, security and power for our country, a choice of freedom and independence. It will be more than a vote, a historic choice. There will be no other defenders of our dear homeland than you. There will be no reconquest of French sovereignty without you. There are battles that we have no right to lose, and that is why we are going to win this one. Faced with those who want to violate our freedoms, we must not bend, kneel or submit.
