Marine Le Pen's proposals concerning the fields of politics (institution, democracy), including foreign policy (China, Russia, USA) for the presidential election of 2022.
Politics :
We do not leave the European human rights course. Certain reservations can be made on certain articles, in particular article 8 on private and family life.
By counting the speaking time of people who are not declared a candidate, the CSA comes to interfere in things which do not concern it. Likewise, the CSA criticizes a channel because it does not have enough pluralism on the set, while in the public audiovisual sector and in particular on the radio with radio stations which are the antechamber of left parties like France Inter which is paid by the French via the license fee, which is scandalous.
We must reduce the number of deputies to 300 and the number of senators to 200.
It is neither essential nor urgent to touch the salary of the President of the Republic.
We must move towards a non-renewable seven-year term.
Every French person has the right to be represented. We need a fair and pluralistic proportionality.
Citizens must be able to express themselves and take the initiative thanks to a citizens' initiative referendum, and thus be re-associated with public decision-making. The head of state must then make it his duty to apply the decision of the French.
Foreign politic :
Françafrique must be ended. French military bases in Africa still have a need. The French army supports the local armies in their fight against terrorism, with training, and intervention in the event of a crisis.
States of origin must be helped to ensure security and justice to enable economic development. This effort (16 billion euros per year) contributes to the security and prosperity of Africans, which is an effective bulwark against threats of massive immigration, as well as terrorism.
We must challenge the Mercosur free trade agreement between the European Union and Brazil.
Faced with absolute free trade, the bearer of ruins and conflicts, there is the path of reasonable protection at borders, intelligent protectionism which allows countries to develop their industries, their jobs and their wealth. We need a balance of trade balances that would allow fair trade.
We intervened in Mali at the request of the Malian government to fight against Islamist fundamentalism, a war that we are waging on our soil but also abroad. The action of the French army in Mali is legitimate.
Europe today is a utopia. Europe must return to its foundations, with the defense of the European area. We need cooperation between states, but not handing over our sovereignty to others. Spain is today a sieve in terms of illegal immigration, illegal immigrants arrive en masse at the border, they are checked but not returned, 80% of people who are not expelled come from Algeria and Morocco. While we cannot accommodate them, they are in the streets, victims of drug trafficking and local mafias. It is humanly lamentable and economically dangerous.
We must stay in Europe, and keep the euro. This is what the French want.
By virtue of the right of the French to dispose of their destiny, we will be leaving NATO's integrated command, a structure which maintains an outdated logic of the old blocks of the Cold War. No one should force us to participate in wars or military interventions contrary to the stability of the world. The French do not have to die in wars which are not ours. NATO must be transformed into a great international organization in order to fight against Islamist fundamentalism and terrorism in the world. NATO in its current form is no longer effective.
It is not about choosing between the United States and Russia, it is about becoming a free independent path. There is no point in waging an ideological war against Russia. We must have balanced relations with the USA, but also with Russia. We must not be in the bondage and submission of any country. The economic sanctions against Russia must be ended.
We must put a moratorium on immigration from Pakistan whose leaders have had violent criticism of France.
Pressure must be put on states that harbor extremists such as the Taliban leaders in Qatar. pressure must be put on the oil monarchies, with economic sanctions if they continue to help countries ruled by extremists. We must give back to France its pride, its power, its freedom, its sovereignty and stop the compromise with the Gulf countries.
We have nothing to do with an unlikely ally like Erdogan's Islamist Turkey. Europe has given 50 billion euros in recent years to Turkey, which is not a partner but on the contrary an ideological adversary who uses migratory blackmail. France must regain control of its borders, of its diplomatic and industrial independence.
