The most spoken languages in India
The graph below shows which are the most spoken languages in India. We first find Hindi, which is spoken by more than 43% of the population. Then, we find the following languages: Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Hurdu, Kannada. Hindi is therefore far ahead. There are a total of 415 different languages spoken in India.
