Procedure to format and setup Windows 8 in factory configuration
You have already put your computer in factory configuration state but your issue still persists. You may want to format your hard drive disk and setup again Windows 8. You have the serial key of Windows but you don’t know where to download Windows 8 and find the procedure to follow.
