How to redirect virtual users to the www data folder ?

You want to setup a new domain name with your FTP server in order to redirect it to the corresponding folder. You will have to follow few steps.

# nano /etc/ssh/sshd_config

Decomment this line :

Subsystem sftp /usr/lib/openssh/sftp-server

Add :

Match Group sftp_users

  X11Forwarding no

  AllowTcpForwarding no

  ChrootDirectory /var/www

  ForceCommand internal-sftp

Add the user group sftp_users :

groupadd sftp_users

Add the SFTP user to this usergroup :

usermod -G sftp_users username



# systemctl restart ssh
