Put the Kodi window always on top
How to put the Kodi software window in "always on top" mode, i.e. always on top of other windows (such as Internet browsers, Excel, Photoshop, etc.). You must first put Kodi in window mode in the settings inside the software (settings > display > window mode: windowed). It is necessary to create a file linked to the external settings of this software.
To do this, go to the Kodi directory in C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Kodi (replace username with your username).
Create the advancedsettings.xml file and copy and paste the following content into this file:
If you've already done this previously and Kodi isn't always on top of other windows when you launch it, then simply change the display mode, put Kodi back into full screen mode, then back to full screen mode. “window” mode (parameters > display > window mode: windowed).
