The Overboat is a means of transport on the water, this machine is electric and silent. Its goal is to eventually replace jet-skis that emit CO2 pollution, as well as excessive noise.
This boat is light, manageable, without a license. While for the use of a jet-ski, you must have a pleasure permit.
There are several versions, a single-seater version, a two-seater version. The maximum speed varies between 12 and 20 knots, or between 22 and 37 km/h. The cruising speed varies between 8 and 15 knots, or between 15 and 26 km/h. The autonomy is between 2 and 3 hours. The OVB 150F version has a so-called take-off speed of 10 knots (i.e. 18 km/h). The take-off speed of the OVB 100F is 8 knots (15 km/h).
The autonomy can reach 52 km.
This may vary with future releases.
Regarding the jet ski:
The maximum speed of the jet-ski is 90 knots, i.e. 150 km/h, however the maximum authorized speed at sea is 5 knots, i.e. 50 km/h. The autonomy is between 80 and 120 km.
There is therefore a large margin for the Overboat to tend towards these capacities.
