SEO friendly URLs in WordPress
If you want to have more visitors to your site, it may be interesting to improve the visual of URLs. Rather than having a number for your page, you can take the words of the title of the article in question and insert them into the construction of the urls. This process is called "friendly urls".
For this you can use the custom structure options of Permalinks.
In Configuration > Permalinks > Custom Structure.

You can remove common words such as: as, because, with, etc ... to shorten the link. You will need a plugin named "Stop Words".
To go further, there are advanced plugins. "Yoast SEO" is probably the most successful.
