[Solution] Device has stopped responding or has been disconnected
You have just reinstalled Windows and you have again connected your smartphone to connect it to Windows and be able to access its data, such as photos, videos, the message directory, the call log. However, when you disconnect the phone, an error message appears in several copies each time you launch software.
This message is as follows:
"The device has stopped responding or has been disconnected".
The window is titled with the name of your smartphone and there is an exclamation point in a yellow triangle.
This is due to a problem installing the phone driver, in particular the Bluetooth part, even though your phone is connected using a USB cable.
Go to Windows settings, type "Bluetooth" in the search bar, click on "Bluetooth and other device settings", in the "other devices" section, click on the name of the smartphone, then on "delete". The next time you connect your phone, you will again have to authorize data access by the computer, then Windows will reinstall the driver properly.
